DTF transfer file preparation means exporting artwork as a transparent PNG at 300 DPI, sized to final print dimensions, in RGB color. Keep lines at 1 mm or thicker, text at 6 pt or larger, and opacity at 75 percent or higher so white ink prints cleanly. Leave 0.25 inch between gang sheet designs, then proof at 200 percent zoom before printing.
