SHIPPING Policy

At APS, we are committed to ensuring timely, reliable, and efficient delivery of your orders. Below is our detailed shipping policy.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are weight-based. The weight of each item is shown on its product page.

  • All weights are rounded up to the next full pound, per carrier requirements.

     

Shipping Schedule

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM CST (Mon–Fri): Typically ship the same day unless otherwise stated.

  • Drop-ship items from the manufacturer: May require one business day for processing before shipping.

  • Expedited orders: Must be placed before 3:00 PM in your time zone for same-day shipping.

  • Standard ground orders: Must be placed before 12:00 PM in your time zone for same-day shipping.
     

Shipping Services

  • APS will use your selected shipping service unless a comparable option is more suitable.

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping charges to and from APS.

  • Once a package is handed off to the carrier, APS is not responsible for delays.
     

International Orders

  • Additional processing and shipping time may be required.

  • Customers are responsible for all taxes and tariffs imposed by their country.

  • Free shipping is not available for international orders.

  • Shipping times vary by destination.

  • Shipping quotes can be requested at checkout. A representative will provide details if needed.
     

Free Shipping

  • Orders over $150 may qualify for free shipping (subject to weight limits).

  • Free shipping applies only to the contiguous United States.

  • Not available for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO/military bases, or international destinations.


Oversized Items

  • Items weighing 100 lbs or more (such as large equipment/machines) require a custom freight fee.

  • Oversized items cannot be shipped through standard methods and will be sent via truckline carrier.

  • Contact APS for questions regarding oversized shipping fees.


Shipping Damage

  • Customers must inspect packages upon delivery.

  • If a package appears damaged, refuse delivery and contact APS immediately.
