REFUND & RETURN Policy

At APS, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and services. Please review the following policies to understand how returns, refunds, and cancellations are handled.

1. Returns
Ink & Consumables

  • Must be returned unopened and in original condition within 30 days of purchase.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
     

Parts & Accessories

  • Unused items are eligible for return.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways.
     

Equipment Sales

  • All equipment sales are final.

  • Equipment issues will be handled under the terms of the applicable warranty agreement.
     

2. Refunds
Ink & Consumables

  • Returns must be unopened and within 30 days of purchase.

  • Returned products must be shipped back within 14 business days after receiving a return label.

  • Failure to return within this period may void warranty eligibility and affect future orders.

  • Refunds will cover the purchase price, minus shipping charges.

Stock vs. Non-Stock Items

  • Stock Items:

    • Held in APS inventory, returnable within 30 business days of invoice.

    • Customer pays return shipping (unless APS shipped the wrong item).

    • Refunds issued after inspection confirms the item is unused and resellable.

  • Non-Stock / Direct Ship Items:

    • Shipped directly from the manufacturer.

    • Customer pays return shipping to manufacturer (unless APS shipped incorrectly).

    • Subject to manufacturer inspection and restocking fees (up to 25%).

    • Refunds issued only after manufacturer approval.

Repair Parts

  • Non-returnable once used.

  • Must be installed by factory-trained, authorized technicians.

  • APS is not liable for equipment damage or lost revenue due to improper installation.

General Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 1–2 billing cycles for funds to appear, depending on your financial institution.

  • For leased/financed orders, the return must be initiated with your financing company before APS can process it.
     

3. Exchanges

  • To exchange an item (e.g., for size or color), please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
     

4. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours, provided they have not yet shipped.

  • If an order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled but may be returned under our return policy.
     

5. Additional Information

  • No Returns After 30 Days – Requests beyond this period will not be accepted.

  • Restocking Fees – Returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

  • Shipping Damage – Must be reported immediately upon delivery; otherwise, liability may transfer to the customer.

  • Required Documentation – Returns must include the original invoice and an RMA# issued by APS.
